Do yourself a favor and just don’t do it. Save your self the headache, stress, and hassle. I don’t really write reviews because I don’t like to put businesses down. But what I experienced was horror and so I feel the need to warn others since all they have in google are good reviews. I feel like it’s super deceiving.

We have been working with them for months and were given a quote. We then proceeded to call them multiple times to pay. And then finally they answered 2 WEEKS before our wedding to tell us they over booked the tent so they have nothing for us. No apologies just a bunch of excuses on top of excuses. And then they would complain to us they we weren’t the only ones they overbooked. Honestly, I really didn’t want to hear about them screwing more people over.

We were still going to rent over $1k worth of items and the guy asked if we want to pick it up or delivered. We said delivered. He then made more excuses why he can’t deliver…. And how busy he was going to be that day. We were fine picking it up but why offer something you can’t do? We’ve had it at this point and politely said we would call them back and just ended up buying some of the items that we needed which was cheaper and resolved the other items ourselves.

The website is not the best.
The listed items, I feel, are not clear enough so we called a few times for questions. Every time we got someone on the phone we felt like an inconvenience to them. The answers to our questions were, we’re busy just check our website. Which I would be happy to but their website is not clear enough! For example some of their glasses is $1.10 for the weekend and the note says it comes with 4 in each pack. One would assume that when you put 1 on the website that that would mean one pack since that’s how much comes in a pack. But no, it’s per items still.

Overall, I do not recommend them. It’s a shame because they did have a good selection of items but I just feel like they were not reliable at all.
