Ronald Cartner and myself took a tree class 2 years ago. After talking with Scott Paden we decided to use him as our land manager. We liked that he was there to learn as well and never asked anyone to use his services. We were impressed from the beginning with his knowledge for managing trees and wildlife. With Scott's help we were able to open up our tree canopy and save our stressed trees. We have done several things and will continue to work on our land with his help. We are excited about seeing more wildlife on our land. Would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to work on their tree farm / wildlife management.

I purchased a piece of property through Paden Land and Timber this past month. The deal got complicated and if it weren't for Scott being so unbelievably helpful and easy to work with I would have walked away from it. In the office Sam is a pleasure to talk to and she is just as helpful as she can be! Bottom line is these folks get the job done and I was so impressed with Scott that I've hired him to manage my timber investments as well. Cheers yall great work!

Scott and his team have exceeded expectations, especially compared to other forestry groups I've worked with in the past. My goals for our properties varied and at times were unknown. Scott has a diverse background and helped me look at each property from many different angles between forestry, real estate, hunting and wildlife, land prep and soil types, and short vs long term planning, Looking forward to doing more projects with this group

Byer beware! I used a broker because of fear of being "Ripped off" by Tree harvesting companies. I received less than half of promised " Minimum" commission estimate from brokered tree cutting. in my opinion Sub contractor was not properly supervised and nothing but excuses were provided. Property was left a mess after promise of a complete clean up using dozer, etc. I don't feel I was represented as promised. I don't feel it was all Padens fault but he was The Broker! As expected the operation started "Clean" but at the end I caught a load leaving that was not documented and my observation Camera was removed by site crew so further load verification was not possible. The last loading area is a mess left for me to pay for cleanup. This is my first negative review of any service rendered ever. I should have got more details in writing and not trusted what I was told.
