I did have them rated at 5 stars. The women up front are very nice but it has taken them five weeks to install a shower rod and it STILL isn't installed.

The lady at the front desk told me and my husband to get our information up because a lady didn’t bring all her information back. Within 20mins we brought all information she needed. When we got there she told us that lady brought her info back so there’s no need to do our application. Within 10mins she called us and said, that lady had 5 eviction bring y’all application back. So we did. The next day I went up there to see place again and she said your application wasn’t approve. I asked her why? She said because I had 5 eviction at same place I stay at now. I’m trying explain to her that it wasn’t true but she already knew that because that’s something she made up. How can I have 5 evictions from place I still stay at. My husband been calling her but she wouldn’t pick up. So basically she got free $90 out of us for application
All I wanted see is 5 eviction or give my money back
