Justin has consistently been our go-to real estate agent since he helped us purchase two lots while we were on vacation in Germany. He handled everything for us including finding and virtually touring our now current home while we were traveling. If I can’t look at a property in person I trust Justin to look at it and tell me whether it’s something I should purchase or not. This man is a comp’ing genius. I won’t buy anything without his professional advice.

He has won virtually every award available in the company. His attention to detail is impeccable and he always communicates in a timely fashion. Justin is professional in everything he does. He is very innovative and uses technology to enhance his service to his clients.

Justin is a true asset to Century 21 and to his clients.

We had our house listed as FSBO when Justin contacted me and we weren't even thinking about using a realtor. Justin offered to share with me the comps & other information regarding our home even if we didn't use him. I explained that we didn't want to pay a realtor. but would discuss the info with him. We ended up hiring him because he wasn't pushy or salesy AT ALL, he was laid back, honest, dependable, knowledgeable & he really listened to what we wanted.

He also ended up getting us more money for our house than we had it listed at and we had a contract on it in less than a month. The advice he gave us and the support in negotiating with buyers really helped me understand the value real estate agents bring to the table.

I appreciated the fact that at the time he called, it was a "no" from us & he wasn't rude or disrespectful to me in anyway like others had been. In the end, we made the right decision to hire Justin. We can never thank him enough for all the hard work & hours put in to sell our home. We will be recommending him to our family & friends in the future.
