Betty Jo Pearce was truly exceptional! I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back or text no longer than 5 minutes later.
She did an incredible job gathering information about the process, status of city and county inspections and requirements, and reviewing all the standard and non-standard documents that you get when you are selling a property lot. The delivery of the information was clear and concise: we would present the information and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really looked out for me and had my best interests in mind and treated the situation as if she were selling the property herself. She showed extreme patience whenever we hit a few bumps in the road and always kept in close communication with me from the beginning to the very end. Overall, Betty Jo made this a very JOYful experience for me. Thank you!
