We have bought four houses now so we have experience with a variety of realtors. Josh was hands down the best we have ever had. The entire process (both buying and selling) was made so much easier because Josh was very responsive to texts and emails. No sitting around and waiting for answers or responses. I immediately turned around and recommended Josh to my neighbor because the experience was so positive. When we were listing our house I had a list of things I wanted to do before it was listed such as power washing the exterior and he told us to save our money because it wasn't necessary. Most realtors I've worked with almost pushed us to do all these extra things but I appreciate the honesty Josh gave us that helped save money along the way.

Josh helped us with both the sale of our former home in Simpsonville and the purchase of our current home in Greenville. He was great to work with every step of the way. Our journey with Josh actually started with a panicked Sunday afternoon phone call while he was driving home from vacation. We needed a realtor immediately to make an offer on a house and Josh made it happen that day. We didn't end up getting that place, but Josh's quick action earned our continued business. Our house in Simpsonville received a full price offer within a week or so, even while priced higher than some neighborhood comps. He helped us through some tricky repair issues on our new place and kept everything on track and running smoothly. I highly recommend Josh and if my wife ever lets me move us again he'll get the call.

I can’t say enough good things about Josh Moore and his team at Berkshire Hathaway. It took us months to find our home and he was patient and kind throughout the entire experience. As a first time homebuyer in the Greenville market I was looking for someone who had familiarity with the area, and could relate to me a relatively new homeowner themselves. Josh fit the bill perfectly, as he walked me professionally through the process and the area. He was always on call, and was always available for viewings whenever I asked. He also stayed patient with me throughout the process, and knew I was looking for just the right home for me. When it came to the negotiation he knew right away what we should be asking for, and if we would get it. He made the transaction as stress free as possible, and took the weight off my shoulders, knowing that he would be steering me in the right direction.
