We had a great experience with Lee Cunningham and his team! The 3D technology was very impressive! We had an offer the day after listing. Though we declined that one, we had a signed contract 5 days after listing.

During the process, we had some issues arise with our HVAC and Water Heater. Jessica jumped in and took the bull by the horns. She was amazing to watch in action. She and Lee were very attentive and quick to return messages. They made us feel like we were their only customer.

Josh and his family used to live in my (new) wife's neighborhood, so it made sense to utilize him as our Realtor when she decided to put her house on the market.

Josh has energy/enthusiasm for DAYS, and his "educator background" also means he's a good listener. We could have easily sunk $50-60K into her home to make it turnkey (and the profit that goes with that approach), but our TIME was more important than making a lick, which means he needed to price it competitively. He did, and his team member Lesley also did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process.

We invested around $30K for tasteful, important upgrades and repairs (new appliances, garage doors, landscaping, deep cleaning, etc.), and the house sold within two weeks with moderate viewing traffic.

The new owners are happy (more than likely have immediate equity in the house), we are happy...it all worked out.

Josh is solid. Top-notch. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were moving to Greenville with our teenager from Denver. We were looking for a native from Greenville to represent us in our house search and we were introduced to Josh. His group listened to our needs and understood our budget and timing - super fast.

They proved to be highly effective as we found our home, that we love so much, within a month and a half of searching (mostly doing facetime walk throughs). We explained what was important to our family for both now and when our kid went to college. Narrowing down areas via great communication we hit a grand slam and closed quickly and have been living happily in Greenville ever since.

We reluctantly started with Josh Hoover-Dempsey as a recommendation from one of his relatives that is a close friend of ours. We quickly realized that was an excellent choice. Josh immediately proved his knowledge of the Greenville SC real estate market. Living 300 miles away and trying to be competitive in a fast paced market could have hampered our efforts to move to Greenville. But, due to Josh's expertise and communication skills we were able to stay on top of a rapid changing market. He not only met our expectations of an agent, he far surpassed them too. He even helped us with a somewhat difficult seller who was trying to set up a bidding war. Through his excellent strategy, we were able to react quickly enough to limit our competition.
