For starters, they were extremely quick with getting me into the apartment, which I appreciate. They were also friendly throughout the process and upon meeting them. Nestor is my go-to person. At the time, I was in DESPERATE need to move elsewhere, even without touring the unit.
Now I already knew this wasn't going to be a top notch place considering the low price and the appearance of the pictures online. But as I stated earlier, I needed to find somewhere to go ASAP.
The unit wasn't the worst thing in the world when I did my walkthrough, but its not what I'm used to at all. There are many dings, marks, scratches, and other signs of no paint touch ups from the last tenant being here. You can tell there was some kind of damage to the ceiling (probably water damage), and the oven and dishwasher were both dirty (dw was not even assembled either) when I moved in. I immediately gagged after looking inside. I haven't touched either of them since moving in (October 2023). I've been ordering/purchasing restaurant and premade food because the kitchen feels dirty to me after seeing that. I just utilize the fridge and the sink.
The sliding door is not sealed AT all. (Neither is the front door). Stink bugs and (now) roaches are crawling through, and I am extremely squeamish when it comes to bugs that aren't spiders. Especially considering how nasty roaches are. I have NEVER dealt with this before considering I keep my apartment clean no matter where I live.

Update: You are required to pay pest control along with your rent. Even so, there have been roaches in the building and my apartment AT LEAST once every month since I've resided here (moved in October 2023). The neighbors constantly leave trash outside their door instead out taking the little effort to take it to the dumpster. The leasing office will do nothing when you contact them about it. I have a few months left, and I will conclude by saying this. Document EVERYTHING as I have if you do decide to live here. And if you're looking for a place to live, avoid Creekside apartments. Furthermore, avoid properties managed by Reedy property management. This apartment building alone is a clear representation of their company. Save yourself the negative experience, the dirty appliances, and the roaches.

These people will screw you every chance they get. They throw paint inside and cover up moldy surfaces with plastic covers and caulk and pretend it's good enough. If there's a natural disaster and you don't have hot water or power for a week or two they don't care they still want their rent money. They aren't people oriented AT ALL. Their agents call you weekly and harass you about late rent like some kind of loan sharks regardless of whether or not you have a track record of paying. They charge outrageous prices on crap shacks.

I was very pleased with Larry's service today. He was very helpful with my questions and eased my nerves about the inspection. He was very nice. I have enjoyed renting from Reedy. When I have problems, they come out and take care of them!

Larry was wonderful and adressed all my concerns. Considering the price these Apts aren't not bad. Slight problems here, and there but I'm always promptly answered.... they said their spraying for the bug problem. My apt isn't to bad just here & there, but I also spray myself weekly so 🤷🏾‍♀️ The apts are still better then anything in Philadelphia so.....

Ron was very patient in working with me through my 20+ list of questions about the property before we signed the lease. Even after signing, Ron ensured all of our follow up requests were answered in a very timely manner. We truly couldn't have had a better pre-lease experience communicating primarily with Ron. Brad & JP - thank you very much for the quick attention to our maintenance requests! A few simple things needed fixing and you both were quick to get it all taken care of. The window looks great, Brad. JP - we're loving these blinds you put in! An extra thank you to you both for being so friendly to our dog while you were in the house.

Overall - Reedy has genuinely just been great to work with. I wasn't expecting to feel so happy about a property management group. I've rented several times in the past and while I had never had a necessarily bad experience, Reedy has just been especially amazing.

I will share an updated review whenever we move out. For now, to all we've had the pleasure of working with at Reedy.. thank you!

Everyone I have dealt with at Reedy Property Group has been great but one person truly sticks out to me. Nestor Trujillo has been wonderful to work with! He is kind and patient and has been so helpful; he truly makes Reedy the best property management I have dealt with.
