Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I have been calling about work orders put in, that still have not been fixed! Keri likes to try to bully her way out of getting the problems fixed! I pay my rent on time for 3 years now, I do what I am supposed to do, but they do not fix anything! Absolutely ridiculous!

These people are horrible slumlords. Please stay away from these people. Sharon one Friday afternoon told me I would have to wait til Monday for someone to come fix a fridge due to it being 4:30pm on a Friday and no one can get there, until I insisted that my wife's breast milk is in the fridge and needs to stay cool she finally sent someone out. Upon arrival a maintenance man named Chris said Sharron knows I stay around the corner and can be here anytime don't know why she would do that to y'all.. had a neighbor shoot bbs at me while walking my dog and Christina the office manager informed me there was nothing they can do about it. The man was arrested and still no follow through with office. They are horrible and just there to take rent and fix no issues. Horrible establishment. Also maintenance are not fully trained with any real certification. STAY AWAY!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!! They never fix anything and because of that there are mushrooms growing out of the floor. I am in the process of contacting the right people to put this company out of business. And yes one of the women who works in the office is extremely rude!!

They never repair anything! If you need something fixed, do it yourself and deduct from your rent. Otherwise, you’re screwed!

I definitely agree with the LACK of customer service and not only that, I wouldn’t trust them with a 10-foot pole! Very unhelpful and they don’t tell the truth.
