When I first started with the company they were great. They manage a house I own near Trinity Park. Unfortunately, the level of service and response has declined sharply in the last year. Recently however things have started to turn around and I'm feeling hopeful we'll get back to a good place.

My husband and myself had seen a listing for a home on there website and sent in an application fee. We had ask to view the home a few times but was told it wasn’t ready vacant but wasn’t ready to
view but soon it would be. We decided to ride by the home and just get a feel of the area and see how the home looked in person. Into the driveway of the home and located beside of it was a business when we went to turn around there was two men standing out there Of the men ask if he could help us We stated that we had filled out an application to rent the home etc. in two hours surprise, he was very upset and said the home was rented and that they’re talking to him was the tenant. And self explained that we had paid our application fee and was told we could view the home, but it wasn’t ready. The owner was very surprised and so was the tenant. But not Were standing there a gray Dodge truck pulls up, and it was a man that had filled out his application fee and paid as well!! Not only did we find out that the house was not vacant but there was an issue with the current tenant and this GOGO Property Management and the current tenants had filed for them to go to court over some issues with the rent and the actual person that owned the home was 100% behind these tenants and was very very reassuring they would not be moving no matter what!! They had listed this home for months and had been taking peoples money OUR MONEY, the other man’s money and no telling whose else and they knowingly new the entire time we was calling and asking to view the home that it wasn’t vacant and LIED!!! Also they claimed that they was in the process of evicting these tenants when I called and was so upset, I went to the magistrate you cannot legally rent a home or take money for a home until tenant has moved out!!! I am going to further seek legal advice seeing as though we have notice for our home now that we was moving, paid these application fees and was pretty much lied to by this company!! Stay away from them they will lie to the very end!!! The owner needs to read this that the magistrate showed me because he could be in a lot of trouble if someone wanted to push it!!
We should have known better with there reviews!!

In South Carolina, a landlord must follow state rules and procedures to evict a tenant, and cannot evict a tenant without good reason. If a landlord rents out a home before a tenant's 10-day eviction notice has ended, the tenant can take legal action:
Comply with the eviction notice
If the tenant pays all rent due or corrects the lease violation within the appropriate time frame, the landlord must not proceed with the eviction

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with GoGo from the start, which is surprising looking at all of the negative reviews. We were in a pinch to find a rental last summer and we found one through GoGo. They set up a walk through immediately and that same day we got approved. We only had one major issue with our AC not working and we did have to follow up a couple of times before they sent someone out but it was resolved and taken care of. We really have nothing negative to say; everyone we’ve dealt with there was always helpful and nice.

Really wish they told me the neighborhood I was moving into is the highest crime area in Greenville. Don't move to Nicoletown. I'm BEGGING YOU. the rent prices are "affordable" for a reason. The neighbors across the street from me deal crack all day and night so there's constant foot traffic of druggies. One morning, a customer of theirs gor upset he wasn't answering the door so he took his gun out AND STARTED RANDOMLY SHOOTING AROUND HIM.

The other neighbors, on the other side have their dog tied up outside 24/7 and constantly beat it. Animal control has been called serval times over the Animal abuse but guess what, they still have the dog and beat it to death and i get to hear dog screams every day. I get random crack heads knocking on my door at 2AM, 8AM, 1PM, it's non stop. The apartments at the end of the street constantly get raided by the police and SWAT because of all the crime that goes on down there. Shall I continue?

If you have kids, don't have them ride a bike near the street because the speed limit is 25 but to everyone else it's 60. I'm not kidding, it's absolutely insane. This neighborhood has been a NIGHTMARE since day one. Can't wait to move out so I no longer have to sleep with a gun!!!

ALSO why didn't you tell your residents we were switching landlords? Willow properties? Didn't think it would have been nice to let us know so we know who to contact and talk to? How nice of you.
