I have been waiting since Monday morning for a call back- it is now Thursday afternoon. I did have one attempt and a message was left for me on Wednesday. I called again Wednesday afternoon and left another message for a call back. I then sent a 7 page email to the Director of Operations stating some of the complaints and concerns that I had with my apartment at the Enclave at Fairview. I have lived here for 6 months and still have open work orders that were put in the day we moved in. The maintenance guys just show up whenever they want, do not knock. They seem to only band-aid everything- I guess they figure that's job security so they will be needed always!
