If I could give less stars, I would. Apparently no one works here because I’ve been left on hold for forty minutes at a time multiple times, and then sent to voicemail. I have left four voicemails, and have not heard back. It’s been over a month since the first voicemail was left.

These are good people. They are very busy, and have the horrendous job of putting up with impatient jerks like myself and everyone else in there. If you are in a hurry, no, it won't go well. If you actually treat them like human beings, not computers there to serve you, I've found that they've always been helpful, though not necessarily getting the answers I want or the speed I want to get them in, they've almost always seemed to care, even when I do get frustrated with them.

Horrible service and employees working there care very little about their job. Submitted an appeal for my property value over 3 months ago, and still no answer. Every time I call they say we are about to go out and assess your area. Today the lady who was rude and dismissive of my frustration said that it could be the middle of next year before I hear anything. Really? An entire year? Tried to explain my frustration and she said have a good day and ended call. True to the stereotype of the government sucking at almost everything.

Paying my taxes online...don't recognize my credit union account number so I must use my debit card...nice additional $44 in taxes. With the new boat taxes, the increase in taxes overall and the pitiful lack of use of my taxes (roads for example)...I look forward to living in another county as soon as I can find a new home!

I've been trying to contact them for over an hour with absolutely no results. I have tried several times to reach someone, but every time I am placed on hold for about 6 minutes and 30 seconds, then I am automatically sent voicemail and prompted to leave one a voice message, only to be told that their mailbox is full and I cannot leave a voice message. I called the City of Greenville and told them about what is happening and they tried to help by giving me the number to the permit office. The permit office said they cannot help and told me to call this place again. I am getting extremely frustrated at this whole process.

I accompanied my elderly father to conduct property business at this location. The employees were very professional and courteous. I am shocked that the building and process was not handicapped nor elderly user friendly. Everyone can't walk a mile......need benches and cosolidation.

Extremely helpful. They went out of their way to find the information that I needed and did not worry that it was almost closing time for the day. Could not have had a better experience.
