I recommend Summit Realty to everyone! My little place in Douglas with the greatest view came through them. I’ve been here over 3 1/2 years, and I don’t ever want to leave this beautiful apartment, rented site unseen, except for through the Internet. Marna helped me tremendously in telling me where safe places were to live here. Ashley took care of finding this fabulous apartment for me. Ashley was very quick to respond, even on the weekends, and took care of every need I had. Summit Realty is the best! Below is a winter view from my living room window. Who could not love the places that they manage?

I've spoken with Ashley, twice, for Juneau rentals. It's very difficult to find housing in this town and it's important to find a professional realtor for assistance. Both times, the units were listed with Summit and both times, I've had to deal with her. My available hours were not 9-5 but I was able to meet with her at 5:30. She informed me that her personal time was too important to her and she could only meet with me during the week, 9-5. I rearranged my schedule to meet with her and she informed me 2 days before, that the property had been rented. In my opinion, she's too immature for the position that she holds. Juneau lacks in housing and Ashley is not helpful, at all.

Summit Realty in Juneau provides excellent service in every way! I rented my home during three years away from Juneau and Summit Realty provided professional property management. I received monthly statements as well as frequent communication when I needed to check in. Questions were answered promptly and my "above and beyond "requests were always met with a positive response! In addition to providing support with new appliances, I was able to ensure that the yard and garden were in great shape, too. The next step of selling my home was also met with excellent service and I felt supported through the whole process. They work as a collaborative team to provide responsive communication and quality service. I highly recommend Summit Realty for buying or selling a home as well as property management!

The Property Management team at Summit Realty is amazing. From first signing the lease to repairs, they made everything smooth and easy. Two appliances were not working properly when I first moved in. Within two days, they were completely replaced. The complex had new windows installed and Ashley and Marna were excellent at providing us with notice and always at least 24 hours ahead of time. They were always very quick to respond and fix everything. A great convenience was being able to sign the lease online and set up auto pay for rent. I highly recommend checking with Summit Realty the next time you're looking for a home.

Renting through Summit Realty has been a fantastic experience. Marna and Ashley made our relocation to Juneau a breeze and so low Stress. We are on our second rental now and will continue to use them for as long as we rent in the area.

The whole process goes smoothly from application to move in and move out. Ever maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. When we needed to upsize our
lodgings in the middle of a lease they worked hard to minimize the impact on us and the property owners.

The folks at Summit Realty do amazing work. We took over for an aging relative managing their properties and hired Summit to do the management and they have been incredible to work with. Both Ashley and Marna pay great attention to details and they have connections with service providers in town to get work done swiftly when necessary. They are very responsive to tenant needs, are firm and fair when necessary, and provide very detailed and timely information to the owner. We are lucky to have found Summit.
