Chiming in to say that while the rental buildings are nice, Karen Miller is indeed a horrendous property manager. Despite the company replying a few days ago and saying that they don’t work with her, they clearly do, because she is the person they have hired to manage their properties and interact with their tenants. (She has an employee page on their website, etc) If you’re buying a home with these guys, they might be great, but be careful if you plan to rent.

Karen ignores emails, regardless of severity, and you have to beg to have repairs completed. When she does schedule repairs, the handyman she employs is unprofessional and never fully completes a job. You never know when they will arrive, and there is no way to tell that they have been there, other than the dirty fingerprints and footprints in your unit. It sucks to pay above-market rent and still be dealing with a condescending and absent property manger. Do something about her.
