One day my partner and I went to an open house where Alex Rocha was the seller’s agent. Alex made such an amazing impression on us that a few days after we called him up and asked if he would be our real estate agent.
We met with Alex, Jimmy, and their Movement Lender Gary on a Thursday and got preapproved. Alex sat with us, asked us our wants in a home and by the end of that night he had sent us a few houses that fit the criteria we wanted. We went to a couple open houses that Saturday and by Tuesday we had an acceptance on our offer to our dream home. My partner and I are both first time home buyers who had no idea what to expect from the house buying process, we are so grateful we got to work with such an amazing team that made this such a smooth, realistic, and educational experience. Alex was responsive, an amazing listener, educational, respectful, and most importantly very realistic about what to expect from the process. Alex went to every open house as if he was the buyer, he checked every nook and cranny to make sure everything was in good shape, he was able to give us insight on whether the home fit the specific needs we were looking for, and never strayed away from our vision/goal on what we wanted. Jimmy at Empire Real Estate Group is truly the best realtor around.

We recently sold our townhome and bought our first house, and could not have asked for a better experience. Jimmy is unbelievably patient, honest and straightforward. We had an appointment to view a house that was having an open house later on. When we arrived a young couple also drove up, but they did not have an appointment with the realtor. The realtor, Jimmy Ranieri invited them in to look at the house at the same time as us, and as soon as we were in the house he immediately started showing the house to the other couple who did not have an appointment,completely ignoring us. We walked around alone, briefly, but we were so turned off by this agents unprofessional and rude behavior that we no longer had any interest in the house. As we were leaving we tried to tell him that his behavior was unprofessional and rude, but he just denied it.
