Would give 0 stars if I could, apartment was inhabitable, still waiting to speak with my lawyer. “Utilities included” but the electricity barely worked my lights flickered like I was at a night club, heat did not work I had to buy a space heater for every room and the first 4 months my oven did not work and stove had to be lite with a lighter. Company does not answer the phone unless it’s for a rent payment and my stove took months to be fixed after having to call back numerous times. Company evicted me after refusing to pay for an inhabitable apartment, all I asked was to resolve the issues I had. Would not recommend to anyone!

truly awful customer service and communication. I paid a deposit early November for an apartment, it needed a few fixes (new counter top,locks, under the kitchen/bathroom sink was exposed, stove replacement) before my December 1st move in. by the 27th, nothing had been done and i had to continuously reach out to Kelvin (unsure of his job title) to get things done. by December 2nd I had annoyed Kelvin just enough that I was finally put in contact with Samuel the property manager who at first told me that I was asking too much of them and for them to change/fix anything they would first need me to sign my 1 year lease, but I had already been promised everything would be done for my initial move in date and so he seemingly budged and assured me that it'd be done within the next two days. two days passed and i was told if i didn't take the apartment as is with a NON WORKING STOVE.. that i could go pick up my deposit. and so i did. KSEA office only picks up the phone for the rent payment by the way and that's only 10% of the time.

Didnt even get to move in and they were giving us problems. They wanted us to move in with a broken stove. Everyday one of the service people would say it was replaced so everyday we go by to check it out, but it was still the same broken stove. I talked to the neighbors in the building and they say they are horrible with service and repairs they take weeks to get to you when need. Office never picks up the call. Even the workers that came by to work in the apartment were talking down on the property management. So i got my security deposit back asap. Didnt want to deal with that. Good luck to you if you rent from these people. SLUMLORDS!

SLUMLORDS! Won’t let me speak to who’s in charge. When I first moved in I was 7 months pregnant with a toddler, no heat or working stove for 3 weeks, Thanksgiving was freezing. No lights were working. (When I went for a showing it was daytime). Tub was clogged with subway wrappers. Someone or something urinates in the hallways. Animal feces. Wouldn’t clean the hallway until 4 months later when I reported them to the city. OH BEST PART. When I reported them they tried to evict me for holding rent for 15 days. No one answers the phone and when I had a complaint the fat chick at the front always had a smile on her face like something was funny about me living in unhealthy conditions. Now I’m 10 months into my lease and I’m breaking it cause there’s been a leak going on a week in my daughter’s room. Her clothes are ruined the ceiling is breaking off all over her toys. Can’t wait to see them in court! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately, a bunch of crooks from management all the way down to the receptionist! Biggest advice is if you decide to rent from them which you shouldn’t is ALWAYS get a RENT RECEIPT!! These crooks sent me a letter in the mail stating a 15 day non payment of rent and if I didn’t pay my rent in the next 15 days I would get EVICTED!! I was 19 at the time (always paid my rent on time, always!) and they definitely tried to take advantage of me and how do you feel trying to put an eviction under my name! I went to the office and Arriana was there as always, I slammed the rent receipt on the counter that I had PROOF of payment and she was dismissive and said you’re all set as if the property management didn’t just take me to court. So I yelled at her and said no I’m not and I’m not leaving until I get a written notice stating they were no longer going to take legal action. Good luck trying to get in touch with any management, you will get stuck talking to Arriana’s incompetent self, she never has any answers and laughs in your face all the time. They never get back to you for maintenance calls, NOTHING, will only accept rental payments. Im so happy they sold the property and I no longer have to deal with them as a tenant.

Would give 0 stars but there’s no option. Horrible. Maintenance takes forever to come. I had a clogged sink for almost a week and there excuse was that there was more important people that had a higher priority. Which I understand but that should tell them they need more people because obviously they can’t keep up with all there calls in a timely matter. They limit your heat to 70 and in the winter it’s extremely cold I had two kids and they couldn’t walk around comfortably. I had them sleeping in sweaters.

KSEA bought our. building a few months ago and has been utterly useless as a property manager. Our trash cans were removed when the building sold, none have been replaced; we are all now tenants at will because this company won't write us leases; they do not communicate with us, they do not manage this building remotely adequately, they are a failure of a property management company.

Worst place in the world to live in, the people in the service never solve their problems, I'm three months constantly asking to fix the laundry machines, and never come. The girl in attendance says every day that falls send and never send anyone, they promise you several things, but it's all a lie.
