I started looking for a tractor to maintain and improve my quality of life on my 2.4 acre lot. I researched (online) and decided that Kubota was where I should focus. There are tons of videos showing the capabilities of the Kubota brand.

Next, I found a dealer in Burrillville, Rhode Island and went to see tractors. I met John and he walked me through their line up and then we started discussing applications for what I could use. There were no sales, or gimmicks, or pressure, just information and thoughtful questions. After a few weeks going back and forth I decided the TLB line would be best for me. I started in the B series but ended up wanting a little more versatility and went with an L47.

Wayne helped us through the buying process i.e., financing, insurance, etc. where he was very knowledgeable and efficient. The low percentage rate financing and the insurance offered made it easy to focus on the work and not worry about the financial stuff.

Finally, Tom showed up with my tractor and went through it again to make sure I was comfortable with the specific functionality of the L47 model. From start to finish these guys at the Burrillville location were great, the tractor is awesome (I have 7 hours on it), and I look forward to any yard work, clean up, and other ways I can find to use my new tractor.

We bought a Kubota BX-23s from this dealership 5 years ago. They've been incredibly disappointing to do business with.

We had our 50 hour maintenance done by them only to discover they hadn't even bothered to change the fuel filter which was part of that 50 hour maintenance. It leaves us with questions about what other corners they may have cut.

Every time I call, they don't answer and they never return a message. I recently called every couple days for two weeks leaving messages. I ended up calling the Wrentham store to ask if the Burrillville location was out of business.

When my partner was at the Burrillville store counter today, there were three guys, and every time the phone rang, they dismissed the call. It was just my partner at the counter, no line.

We bought from this dealership because they are only few miles from our home. We're frustrated that for our future tractor needs we're going to have to use somebody else.

Hello I went to get filters and blades today at parts , it’s standard stuff well I was told the computer was down . Very disappointing if your a parts guy you should know the standard parts plus I had the number for them 1 filter kit it’s a bx kit and blades for a 54 inch mower deck ..hello !! And I was going to buy an attachment for it!! So I will take my business elsewhere , iToo bad sorry I purchased this tractor there !!!

Called to ask about a part for a brand that Norfolk sells at a different location, the guy on the phone in the parts department was completely rude on the phone before I could even finish my sentence he hung up. Tried to call right back a few times in regards to a part on another machine and no answer. Needless to say won’t be doing any business with them. There customer service is atrocious

the customer service at Norfolk Power has always been great, the guys are down to earth, have a great sense of humor and are always willing to take the extra mile for you, especially the guy with parts, no doubt he knows what he’s talking about..am excited about continuing my business with them!

Brought my Chainsaw here last year for a tune-up. Went to run it this year and chain fell-off, come to find out they never put bar oil in it..$150 and no bar oil, really. Unexceptable!!
