This is the second home for which Dustin prepared the loan for us.
As always he is very friendly and patient to meet all our requests and answer all the detailed question I had for him.

He resolved multiple issues through the process from changing the loan type to extend the deadline few times to finally convincing the loan broker to not charge us for extending the rate lock deadline.
And he did all these without losing his temper or even a slightest change in his attitude.
