Matt Ricci and the whole Churchill team were very easy to work with and were always available when we needed them the most. We had no issues as far as the mortgage process went and the title company was actually stunned that the money was available on time, on closing day (I guess big-name-banks have trouble following through, which causes delays and pushes closing dates out unnecessarily).

I've actually heard of Churchill Mortgage a company that actually shuts the door on the face, of a highly motivated Insurance Business Rep. from the whole New England, with one of the biggest Insurance Company in the country. Someone who is bringing a gift to celebrate the business you had together, and gets the door on the face, so rude!
That is some bad leadership on the branch.

When someone comes to your door to make sure mortgage companies all around New England gets the best rates and the best service, you don't just shut the door on their faces! Even if at the moment, it is not the perfect fit, at least show the courtesy of having a conversation and getting to know more about their job and what they can bring to your table.

To all of their clients, you probably went with a more expensive and less coverage insurance on your home buying experience, due to the fact that their leadership don't know what is to have a relationship with their clients, this mortgage company only want to get your money, and don't care about tomorrow!
