From day one of working with John DelGreco, was a delightful experience! John clearly explained every step of the mortgage process.
He always returned my calls & and answered my emails. John was always professional & responsive. He always provided comfort & reassurance when I did not understand a situation & to be patient. On multiple occasions, he investigated problems that were beyond his job, like not receiving my closing documents! John always made me feel that he “had my back” & that he was my friend, even though we never met face to face. I consider myself fortunate to have the assistance of this Gem of all gems! I am truly grateful to have John DelGreco assistance in obtaining my mortgage!

I could not say enough good things about John DelGreco! He made purchasing my first home such a positive experience. I refinanced my home through Atlantic Mortgage in late 2020. The process from start to finish was professional, timely and seamless. I worked with John Delgreco to refinance my house. I wanted to lower my interest rate, lower my monthly payment, and pay off some debt. John was amazing to work with. His constant communication was greatly appreciated. Anytime I had any questions I would call or email him. He always responded right away. Being that I work 70 hours a week, I had put off this process for so long. Had I known how easy the process was and how easy it was to work with John, I would have done it much sooner. I highly recommend that you contact John whether you are just thinking about refinancing or purchasing a home. He certainly made what I thought was going to be an extremely stressful process extremely easy. He was even able to beat the quote I had received from the mortgage company that I have been with for 23 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

John Delgreco and Atlantic staff are the reason that I own my beautiful first home! John's experience, knowledge, and expertise came into play many times over throughout the challenging process of being approved for my home loan. Many lenders would not have wanted to stick it out to get me approved, due to the sheer amount of time, challenge, and grinding work that it took to get the job done. In addition, I had the unfortunate experience of working with a very unprofessional real estate agent. Despite this person, John and Atlantic were professionals and they worked diligently on my behalf. Other times, with what seemed like insurmountable challenges and setbacks, John was able to lend assistance and keep the process of buying my home professional and positive. John's confident and even-keeled approach provided me with the assurance that I needed along the way. I said many times that If I could have taken the real estate agent's fee and given it to John I would have....because John did all of the work with me for months and made my loan approval happen. I sincerely couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker than John Delgreco. I have since recommended him and the Atlantic team to help my family members with their mortgage needs. John and all staff at Atlantic were absolutely top notch team members and they earned 100 percent of my trust. Thank you all so much for making me a homeowner! No matter if you are a first time home buyer, or someone who has searched for someone to do their refinance or moving and purchasing a new home, he is for you. You will be kept updated through out the entire process from start to finish! Any questions you ever have he will give you his direct personal phone number to ask even the smallest questions 24 hours a day (literally).
