Chris C. at Loan Depot has been nothing but patient with us. Our loan type was brand new to the construction community and its new home builders. Chris tried to always go above and beyond trying to figure out its logistics and execute its properties. It literally was work for her. Halfway through the construction process we are now and she is STILL lending a helping hand to my builder. Not to even mention moral support for my sanity, remaining professional and non bias. We would NOT be where we are without Chris’s ambition to see the job completed. If all goes as planned our new home buyers of our current home she will also see through till closing. I plan to never use anyone else for any of my banking need’s except Chris. I will refer anyone I know straight to her. I trust her and she has a lot of integrity. Can I just say we LOVE her and have planted a beautiful red maple tree in her memory of our experience from Loan Depot at our new property and home.
