Buying a home in this season is not easy. You definitely need a Loan Officer you can count on. Ruth and her team have done a great job. She’s always ready to answer my calls or text. She’s quick to send an offer or make last minute changes. Her calming voice has reassured me not to give up after many rejections. Next month we’re doing the closing for our new home! I’m so glad she’s on my team!

I would highly recommend working with Matt and his team.. He & Joe helped me get approved and close on time without and issue's,they walked me through every step and were always available when i had questions.. I received a greater education on home loans and now have the home i was looking for at a much better apr than the going rate.

Of our experience with lenders, our interaction with Semper has been the most disheartening. Our main complaint, amongst a few things, is the fact that they dragged their feet on locking in a rate, costing us hundreds of dollars a month. Purchasing a house really doesn't have to be all that stressful, but they were by far the weakest link in our buying process. I would recommend going with a different lender or at the very least shopping around thoroughly - this company really isn't going to work in your best interest.

What an Absolutely wonderful team that refuses to give up! Eric, Maria, and April worked tirelessly for weeks in order to get my mortgage processed and approved. They jumped through hoops for me and my family and made our dreams of becoming homeowners a reality... There were some difficult trying days but this team refused to give up! I cannot express in words my sincerest gratitude towards them! This was the third mortgage company I had been introduced to and the determination and stamina of this team cannot be beat! Not only did they get me a great rate But they also made it possible to obtain a mortgage with very little money down. The sky is the limit with the work ethic & determination of this team!
