Let’s talk about it, I moved out their property November 1st and still have yet to receive my deposit. The excuse I keep getting is the landlord has it but I did everything through property management. As a tenant they know it’s against the law to still have my deposit it’s been a cat and mouse chase every time they respond it’s the landlord said he’s mailing it but he has yet to do so 3 months later still no deposit… this is very unprofessional and if you’re ok with doing business with a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT who doesn’t follow the law then be it now i have to take legal action to get back what’s mine… DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND AND IM PISSED ABOUT IT LEGALLY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT

I wouldn't recommend working with these guys. They are uncompromising and disrespectful inconsistent lanlords. Nothing ever gets fixed and rent keeps going up every December. Only in it for the money and very inconsiderate in the perspective of others lives. Bias, controlling and stubborn. Crooked as can be. For example those two "5 star reviews" is just themselves giving their own review🤦

Run. Do not walk. DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Unresponsive, deceptive business practices, will not do what they say they will do. Terrible for both landlord and tenant .
