Morgan has been my realtor for 9 solid years. She has helped me to buy, sell and been there for every random question along the way. She goes above and beyond anytime I’ve worked with her and I highly recommend her whether you’re buying or selling in the area.

I've worked with Morgan as a buyer and as a seller. I could text/email her at midnight and receive a response. She was always attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. She offered great advice & guidance on putting our past two houses up for sale. One sold within 48 hours. The other took a bit longer (higher value home) but inevitably we received a full price offer. Morgan has a brilliant mind and I will absolutely use her in the future.

(Wrote late at night due to a nightshift schedule.)
I was a buyer for one of Morgan's houses. The process to buy the home was agonizing. She took so long I had to switch finances just to keep going. I later found out she had been screening my agent's calls. So I decided to call her, and that finally got things moving again. Until she screened my calls as well. So I contacted her clients. At that point she grew angry with the situation, and tried to get the sellers to decline the deal. Fortunately they didn't. My wife and I suffered financially because of her negligence. That is unacceptable. I will make sure to avoid her name at all costs when looking to buy another home.
It took us five months to finally sign the papers.
The only reason we were able to obtain it is because we had a situation where we were renting the home until the paperwork was done, and because there was no progress we chose to abstain from the last payment. Which finally got things rolling to completion.

Morgan, I apologize for the review, I hope you do better in the future.

UPDATE TO COMMENTS LEFT BY REALTOR:

Although Morgan would like to suggest this is a case of a disgruntled seller, who's house did not sell, that is the furthest thing from the truth.

There was an almost complete absence in communication. Although Morgan indicated that she had been to the house several times over the summer, took new pictures and updated postings, that is all new news to me and I did not see or find that in what advertising I could find.

Secondly, the house was priced EXACTLY where Morgan suggested it be listed. The house in actuality was not prepared to be on the market this summer and that became apparent early on. I had relied on Morgan's expertise in the beginning and she eagerly took the listing with great enthusiasm, which lead me to believe the house was in the condition the market demanded. When it became apparent that the house needed work and or updating, we decided to let the listing ride. For Morgan to suggest we had no desire or motivation to lower the price is disingenuous at best. To also suggest that the one offer fell through due to the house inspection, with very little detail as to why, leaves out the fact that the inspection was the only way to get out of the offer for a whole host of other reasonss

Most importantly was the events that transpired in the 24 hours from the time we got the offer to when we had to accept. Morgan had boldly stated on Facebook that she responds to texts within 2-3 minutes and emails within 15 minutes. We had to respond to the offer by 6:00pm. After multiple text that morning, and after her assistant called me and said she couldn't reach Morgan either, I did contact another realtor for advice on how I should proceed. For Morgan to suggest in any way imaginable that I was "highly inappropriate", tells me that she lacks the ability to relate to the client and the stress they are going through. When you lash out and tell a client "I have a personal life too", who stands to pay you $8,000.00, I take exception to her view that I was "highly inappropriate".

I did not have a positive experience, although Morgan's approach may work well for someone else.

Morgan made one visit to my home in March and I met with her in early April to sign the contract. That was the last time I saw Morgan and/or spoke with her.

Morgan did not offer any suggestions on preparing the home before listing (and told me not to do 2 things that I thought should be done, which eventually worked against the house) and did not assist or offer suggestions in preparing our home for the showing. After the first showing, the buyers realtor had to tell Morgan to tell me to turn the lights on in the house. Morgan did not take the listing photographs and they were not the quality that a professional photographer would have done, which were done by her associate. The listing pictures were mingled in with a rental cabin pictures without explanation.

Morgan did not follow-up with buyers realtors when electronic feedback was not provided. I had to ask her to do that.

Her advertising appears to be via Facebook. Facebook dropped my advertising and Morgan did not notice that until I emailed her.

We had a second showing on the house and when 5 days passed without feedback from buyers realtor I had to ask Morgan to follow-up.

We received 1 offer on a Friday that had a 24 hour acceptance. The text from Morgan was she was "out and about" and we would talk early the next day. Starting at 9:30 am to approximately 11:00am I could not reach her by text. I contacted her assistant who could not reach her by phone. When reached at approximately 12:30pm her response was "well I have a life too". It implied to me that she lacks perception on the stress that a seller is going through at the time of an offer.

All communication was done electronically. Morgan did not ask for a sit down or conversation at the end of the contract. She came and got her sign, left the keys in a rumbled up plastic bag that likely came from the dentist and that was the end of things.

When I lost my father Morgan was very responsive and on top of things in getting his house sold. We were very happy with her turn around and with the final price we got for the house. I would highly recommend Home Town Real Estate for anyone looking for professional, timely and friendly service.
