SLUMLORD! My husband lived there for 10 years and I moved in 6 years ago. In January, they decided they "weren't renewing our lease." We have never been late on our payments. Birds where living in the walls an they did nothing about the problem. They where still there when we moved out in march. Behind building 331 in pawtucket. The doors don't close and lock properly. Being held in by 2 screws. Look up into the walls and listen. We had a mice problem on and off. Every winter they don't salt properly, I myself fell on the ice and I spoke to 3 other former neighbors who else fell. You can slap all the white paint and redo the floors but doesn't change that the interior of prospect street is mice, animals and mold. If something breaks like your refrigerator, dishwasher or stove be prepared to go without for weeks. No one in management or the owners have a heart. Money hungry greedy owners. Everything happens for a reason, that was my home for 6 years, my husband 10. We felt like we were ripped from the place we called home for no reason but we ended up with a kind landlord who actually takes care of their property. Karma comes around.

horrible leasing agents please do not even waste your time trying to get in contact with anybody because they will never call you. Left three messages over a 2 week period, asked for phone calls on multiple days and nobody would call me back. Had to show up to the leasing office to speak with anyone and was told “ you need to chill out on calling so much” Maybe if you answered the phone or replied to your messages I wouldn’t need to call. If you have the unfortunate experience of working with Hayley, Just start looking for a new leasing company

Here’s your response to company: First, this has nothing to do with being accepted/denied, i wrote about communication. I called 13 times today because you have 4 different numbers that apparently all connect to the same phone. You wrote on the denial paper to reach out to us with questions or concerns so i called that number with no answer. Also I tried to contact both leasing agent that i have been speaking too and the number on your website. You didn’t mention anything about the 2 weeks i’ve been asking for a phone call or waiting 2.5 weeks for someone to return my call. It seems like all the reviews all say the same thing and you sit here and make excuses for your employees not doing your job. You may want to get someone else to come teach you and your employees about customer services because y’all lack it. What a joke here.

HORRIBLE Customer Service ! HORRIBLE communication ! Actually EXTREMLY happy I didn't proceed and rent an apartment from such a poorly run Property Management Company. Figured the listings seemed to good to be true. The leasing agents are not honest at all and instead waste time. They leave properties up and allow people to put in applications when they already accepted 100+ applications and offer lease's. They make you wait weeks to schedule a viewing to then tell you they've already rented the property. Applied for an apartment on Sept 8th and was told I would be informed when I could do a showing . Was NEVER informed or updated. Reached out, received NO response then applied to another apartment from them and got a response very fast. I reached our 9/17 asking when I could schedule a showing for that property and two other and at that time I was told showing are already scheduled and leases were offered on all three apartments , but these apartments were in fact still listed as available and he was still activity trying to schedule a showing knowing he had rounds of showings scheduled and to be scheduled. Instead of communicating the apartments are already being offered / or rented he wanted to have me wait another 3 days , just to tell me all the apartments I have been waiting two weeks to SEE are now rented. Company should go over the application process and find a more accommodating and honest way that works for families applying for apartments. Instead of wasting people time. Unprofessional and will be strongly discouraging anyone from using this company or renting from them. -- GEORGIE was the name of the leasing agent

Defending your company does no justice, as all the previous poor reviews state your company is unprofessional and very poor communications . False adverting ! Quick response time but the application screening is discriminatory. My application was denied based on an eviction from 2011. I have positive landlord references for the past 10+ years. These management companies are becoming more clever about how to keep the poors out of their units and off their properties. You can’t tell us you don’t want us there but you can make the stipulations for approval steep enough that few will qualify. &with the condition of the market they’re cherry picking prospects.

In response to the owner:
That’s misinformation I work in property management and the standard is 7 years. Furthermore you’re using the term “evictions” loosely and in plural. It was one eviction from 11 years ago. Your company is discriminating let’s call a spade a spade!

I don’t understand all of these horrible reviews, in the last almost four years my husband and I have been here the Bilotti group has worked hard to make the buildings in north providence maintained. New siding, windows, locking system with app tech, new cameras, new hallway carpets and every apartment I see with the older tenants leaving they have renovated every one. Understand people are upset about rent raises but they are using the money to make the property better maybe just not your apartment immediately, but the maintenance man tries his hardest to get everyone taken care of. I see him almost 3 times a week just at our location! Not just to mention the exterior renovations done but every time I had called for maintenance, we have been taken care of within a timely manner! People must not try to hard to get in touch with management, but we love it here! Everyone is polite and respectful, the only problem ever is the trash being full at the other apartment complex! Good job Bilotti group for making my home a good one.

Horrible, just horrible. Absolute worst apartment ever. Even 1 star is being too generous. The rent keeps going up but will do nothing for the interest of the tenant. I regret renting this place a thousandfold. I can literally hear everything in this place. Neighbors screaming and punching walls downstairs. Upstairs are savages, and worst of all they seem to be night people, kids running, stomping, throwing things, a heavyweight dog running and tossing stuff on the creaky, squeaky floor (my roof) night in, night out. The glass cover of the light bulb in the kitchen fell off almost hitting my mother because of how flimsy the roof/floor is. The whole place shakes with just about anything, there is no peace whatsoever. Water from upstairs AC was seeping into the roof, after taking their sweet time to respond, all maintenance did was paint over the huge stain that was coming out.

Lived in one of the apartments on South Broadway , building was falling apart, they would get upset when you complained about something.. the building was infested with mice.. and if you go above their head to get things done they slander your name to the other residents and landlords... If they'd would have done what they were supposed to do there wouldn't be no complaints fokes don't complain for nothing and no one stands up they're not just standing up for their self they're standing up for everyone else who don't have the guts to say anything. The Bilotti group never complained about getting their rent on time.

I live in an apartment owned by Bilotti group. They are the worst landlords I have ever had. I have been complaining about a leak in my bathroom for over 3 months now. They schedule appointments to come and fix it and no-one shows up. Now they won't even return my many phone calls!! I wish I never rented from them
