Austin Robichaud is very patient, very professional. He always have the right answer for any questions that I asked him. He helped me a lot during the process of buying my first home. My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Fortified Realty Group LLC. My first personal encounter with the team was with Karl. When we applied for an apartment on Zillow, Karl sent me a text and gave me a call. He was very polite and responsive. Throughout the application process Karl remained communicative and very helpful in making sure our documentation was in order.

We met Austin in person shortly after to view the apartment. Austin was very easy going yet professional. He was there to assure us throughout the process and remained communicative the whole time. Austin gave us confidence in the landlord. He took the time to through every detail and make us felt comfortable before signing the lease.
