I never thought that buying a home would be so easy. Escrow closed so fast that I didn’t even keep track of when it started but it was about 15 days or less. Everything went so smoothly as almost all the documents were able to be signed through docusign which saved a lot of time as I didn’t have to travel to sign them. Brad is fantastic as he does everything to make sure that the process moves as smooth as possible. He truly does care about the people that he works with and tries to make sure that you as the buyer is taken care of like family. I would definitely work with Him again if I ever need to find another Home.

The whole process of working with Brad was seamless and fantastic. He got us approved for the loan the same night we applied for it. He reach out to the owner of the house we wanted and explained that we qualified for days, which was extremely helpful. He setup the home inspection and appraisal of the house. He moves fast, but will slow things down when you have questions to ensure that you understand everything that is going on, and what will happen. As I’m sure you can already guess, his communication skills are fantastic!

This was mine and my husband’s first time buying a house so there was a LOT we did not know when it comes to buying a house. Therefore, the process could’ve been very scary and overwhelming but it wasn’t because we had Brad. He gave us his personal number so we could call any time we had a question. We called him a LOT and he ALWAYS answered our questions and advised us on what to do next. He saved us money where he could, answered all our questions, and got things done. In addition, he is just a really kind guy. He is just the BEST!!! He is a honest and caring man who will do more for you than anyone else in this line of work. I highly highly recommend him. If you go with anyone else, then you’ve already made a big mistake! Just for reference, my dad worked in the redevelopment department for the city of Monrovia for over 30 years. Therefore, he closed many escrows. Even my dad said, “I’ve done this for many years, Ashleigh and I’ve never seen someone do a better job than Brad.” Like I said, he is simply the best!
