Maureen is the BEST! 6 stars! As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions regarding the lender process in this scary interest rate environment (as of Q1-2025) and even scarier home prices! Not only did Maureen spend time with me on the phone, she answered all of my questions with such patience and care. We laid out several scenarios including rate buy downs and different term loans that would cater to my needs. She is well connected with different lenders and will work very hard to find you the best solution given your financial situation.

Here's the kicker - you can tell by the amount of time she spends with you and the tone of her voice that it is somebody you can TRUST. I always felt comfortable on the phone with Maureen even though I had so many (stupid?) questions that needed two or three times to go over. Thank you Maureen!
