Bob is truly the best lender in the world. He’s gonna patiently walk you through the whole process and explain you all the options you have and guide you to make the best decision. I have had experiences with other lenders delaying the purchase of a property at the last second because they missed something but that won’t happen with Bob. He’s very organized, proactive, and communicative.
