I recently stoped by the Housing Office at this location to report a problem with their newly installed security lighting system. I was not even greeted by the person who was there, a young lady, even after I said Good Morning. Her attitude and deamenor were appalling. She could have cared less what I was saying and the impression I was given was that I was bothering her.......This is not the type of attitude for someone in this type of position. If I could find out who her supervisor is I would direct my complaint there.

I moved here in August and I absolutely love it here! The Managment staff is always pleasant, my apartment was very clean on my move in date and very well put together. Since I moved in, a couple of minor things have occurred in my home and I called to put on a ticket. The maintence personnel came out so quickly that I was pleasantly astonished! I will definately be residing here until I purchase my own home!!

Called the office to request information on apartments there. Whoever picked up the phone let out a huge sigh to begin with and then said they were the leasing office. I was then put on hold and sent to an answering service person, who was also very rude. Great way to get customers.
