Exceptional customer service. The place was busy when we went to rent violins for our kids and have ours checked over before we began lessons. They immediately greeted us and helped us within 30 seconds of walking in!

Honest feedback about the status of my violin. Repairs seem very reasonable for a full size and 1/10 violin. Also rented one more small violin for our other child.

Super friendly and efficient. They re-haired my bow and it was well done. They were quick about it as well, despite there not being a rush on the job. I also liked that I could get all my receipts and quote via email and not waste paper.

Friendly and knowledgeable local music store. The Beekmans have been supporting string musical education in our town for a long time. My daughter has been learning violin since 4th grade. That probably wouldn't have been an option for her if the Beekmans weren't so dedicated.
