I (thank heavens!) just paid off my loan with SWBC. The entire process off both the pay off said loan , working with them in getting the loan, & dealing with them the past several yr.s with failed auto pay, trying to get a human on the line in customer service, dropped calls, no physical brick & mortar location, etc has been EXTREMELY frustrating. I would not recommend SWBC to anyone, unless they don't mind the pains of dealing with their incompetence, ¬ being user friendly in any way.

Customer service is ridiculous. Not helpful at all, there goto answer, "just wait and see what happens". How can they do an escrow evaluation without having all or incorrect information, but then again i have to eat their inconsiderate analysis.

Avoid they will waste your time and question everything even though you have everything in order then they will say they can't work with you.
