Every once in a while fate has you run into people who just genuinely have your best interest in mind, and Rochelle was that person for me and more. She worked tirelessly with me to lock and close my first mortgage loan. Where others just kinda saw a complicated situation, Rochelle gave me hope. My application was far from being an easy one, but she walked me through step by step on what needed to do be done to be approved. When I got curious and tried other lenders, she stayed working on my application and was even able to lock me into a lower rate competitors just couldn’t match. Rochelle Crowder with New American Funding is an excellent Loan Officer. She is very responsive and her communication is a 10 out of 10. Communication is the number one skill I look for in a Loan Offecer after knowledge. Rochelle has both! From the very beginning the NAF staff was welcoming, informative and helpful. My husband and I are truly grateful for the work and assistance that they provided for us every step of the way.
