We just had a gas line installed by Chad, Jay, Jay and Eddie (Crew #16), they were AWESOME! From the time Chad came to the door to the last piece of equipment was put on the truck, they were all nothing but professional, friendly and just plain awesome. I take great pride in my yard, they left it just as they found it...you wouldn't know they were here. I was impressed at how friendly and professional each one of them was.
My yard, the sidewalk, the street, everything was returned to the condition it was prior to them doing their job. What a great crew! AGI is fortunate to have a crew like this crew working for them, outstanding job Chad, Jay, Jay and Eddie!

Blocked driveway without warning or courtesy of informing residents work was being done. Repaving skills are sub-par, leaving gaps and uneven coverage to a once nicely flat surface. Snowplowing should be interesting; there's going to be a nice crater in front of my house this coming winter. At least they cleaned up their mess. If this was your request please be kind and let the neighbor know their walls may be loud for 5 hours, it doesn't cost you anything but a few breaths of air and a few yards.

AGI thinks they can do what ever they want to our houses---and they are extremely rude. AGI ran a new gas line to within inches from my foundation, trespassing on my yard while we were gone, and dug up and destroyed our Spiderwort that has been in our family for years. Now it's dead and gone without an apology or compensation. AGI wants to re-route our gas line to within 3 feet of our electric service. They want to put a new hole in my wall and siding and run gas from the opposite side of the basement from where it runs currently. I have hot water pipes in that wall as well as the electric service panel. AGI has threatened to shut off our gas and leave us to freeze if we don't let them in to run the pipe through my wall. AGI wants free access to do whatever is convenient for them without regard for me, the gas customer/home owner. I am not letting them damage my house and cause unsafe and unsightly gas line hazards. They propose to put my gas line and gas meters (I have 3 meters) outside my corner house just 6 feeet from sidewalk and 15 feet from the street. My house was hit by a car 3 years ago. Just imagine if a car were to hit exposed gas lines and meters. AGI is from Rhode Island and only cares for themselves and has no regard for the citizens of Albany, New York. AGI is tearing up Albany. Someone has to make them stop.

Starts cutting pavement at 7 am, it's very annoying especially the fact that they just did my whole neighborhood a month ago. Another thing is they park right behind your drive way so you can barely back out.
