I was looking to purchase a Nissan Rouge after my previous Rogue was totaled in a car accident. I searched online looking for another Orange Nissan Rogue with no issues. Thankful for Car Fax! I located an Orange Rogue at Anchor Nissan and immediately reached out to the sales team. I met Dave who welcomed me to Anchor, took some information from me and then let me test drive the Orange Nissan Rogue. It was definitely an upgrade from my previous 2017 Rogue. The drive was great and I loved the color! I applied for financing the same day. Derrick was also very easy to work with, gave me time to consider my finance package options without pressure. Anchor took care of registering my car in Massachusetts using my license plates. Once the car was ready for pick up, Dave took the time to show me the car features, how to set up my Android phone, answer my questions, replaced the batteries in my remotes. It was a great experience overall working with Dave, Derrick and Anchor Nissan. Highly recommend them when you are looking for your next car!

My wife and I went to 4-5 dealerships, and our experience with Eric F at Anchor Nissan was by far the most professional and courteous. We experienced a lot of bias and gendered comments during our search for a vehicle, but Eric and their team treated us both as equals, listened to our goals, respected our boundaries, and helped us solidify the perfect truck for our family. Great experience from the moment I walked in the door to driving off the lot in a new-to-me vehicle. I knew the vehicle I wanted and had been to a few other Rhode Island dealers to look at similar inventory. The experience at Anchor was better by leaps and bounds than the other Nissan dealerships I visited. David was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in as well as other vehicles in the Nissan line up. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car and when it came time to finance there was no song and dance on warranties I wasn’t interested in. Their service department has also been extremely helpful and efficient since I’ve owned the car.

Anchor Was the best and easiest dealership I’ve been Since searching for a vehicle. I have visited other Nissan dealerships in the area and was not treated with the respect that I was an anchor. Eric Fera is who I purchased my vehicle from he was great. He showed me a vehicle a Nissan Sentra SR that was priced 22800
On the sticker he then told me it was actually22300. Which was about $4000 off MSRP. Just drove it And fell in love. I even had sales guy in finance guy from another Nissan dealership. Tell me there’s no way that he could sell that too at that price.They couldn’t even match those numbers. I went back to anchor and purchased the vehicle.The whole experience was great. Eric made the transaction, easy and simple. I will definitely visit anchor Nissan again for my next vehicle purchase

My experience at ANCHOR NISSAN was five star from the moment I walked in the door. Everybody all around, greeting me with smiles and when I started walking over to the 2 salesmen who I was talking to over the phone before I came from Long Island to Rhode Island, knew who I was right away. They greeted me by name and I felt like I knew them for a long time. They were courteous, friendly and informative. I cannot say enough about Derek and Dan. They both took care of me over the phone before we even met and got everything squared away for an easy transfer. I am very happy with my truck and I would recommend Anchor if you’re looking to save money on a newer model pick up/work truck. Go talk to Derek and Dan. Hope you guys enjoyed the cigars and had a good story to tell about the guy from New York who looked like he lived out of his truck and took two hours to transfer all his belongings to the new truck. Anchor Nissan was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. My sales rep was so friendly and did so much more than I could have expected. I will never go to another dealer again. Big shout out to Danny. I was under a time crunch and had a zoom meeting in an hour and really didn’t want to sit in my car for it. He expedited everything told me go home do the meeting when I get back the car will be ready. True to his word when I got back an hour later the car was detailed, paper work ready, and I was good to go. I was probably in the dealership for collectively 30 minutes tops. No haggling or trying to upsell. Just a genuine salesman trying to help me out. You don’t see that anymore!
