I decided to purchase a home after renting for a year.
I chose Terri from the Slocum Home Team, because she is amazing, kind, and generous and the Slocum Home Team is family owned with a stellar reputation. The best part of working with Terri is that she was always available and flexible with showings. She was also patient with all my questions. Through the process of looking at houses, I learned what I liked and didn't like. From there Terri would point out the houses that checked off the boxes of my "must haves", this made the process so much easier to where I didn't feel like I was wasting my time looking at houses that weren't a fit.
