My brother and I had to sell our childhood home while no longer living in the area. Jeff Fontaine was highly recommended to us and despite the glowing endorsement, he still managed to exceed our expectations. He was unwaveringly professional, communicated extremely well and worked very hard on our behalf. He truly understands the market - which was invaluable to us - and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we did not need to make any additional trips to Woonsocket.

I've worked with several realtors on personal home sales and purchases and Jeff honestly has been the best - by far. We weren't worried about anything during the process, he took care of things big and small on our behalf, and his connections for small, nuanced repairs needed to ensure the process went smoothly were so appreciated.

I know people have their preferences but if you don't, he is truly the one person you should call. The experience from start to finish was fantastic! (And oh, BTW, he got us $5k above the list price - in Woonsocket!!!)
