With so many amazing things to say let’s start with John Willette. Not only was he extremely professional but there were also moments where we would laugh. He treated me more like a person than just a sale. To say I felt comfortable and confident in him selling my house is incredibly underrated.

I had two other realtors and who tried for months to sell. They could not. Two times my house was posted and nothing good ever came back. One day I received a call from John and Albert they told me they could sell my house and with my past experiences I was a little skeptical. He was patient with me and when I was finally ready he took me through the process. Within weeks my house was sold. NOT KIDDING. He posted my house a week after speaking and a week after that we had the open house and offers came through. My house was finally sold after a total of three weeks. Not one of the other realtors were even able to get an offer. He was honest the whole time and I just can’t believe how amazing he made the process. Thank you John and Albert you both were amazing and I will never forget this! Definitely the best in my books.

I would not recommend working with them. My experience with them showed they lacked conderati for their clients. I set an appointment with Crystal for 10:45. I tried to call her to confirm as she asked, but did not pick up and I left a voicemail. she arrive late to the place, and refused to show me the apartment because I did not confirm. even though I had called her multiple times and left a voicemail. this was a very negative experience, considering I had to drive an hour to get there and back, and it wiped out half of my day. extremely disappointing.

Professionalism: Paul was very easy to reach when we were looking to purchase our home. Right off the bat, Paul was willing to provide us with helpful advise about finding the best home for our financial situation. In addition, each step of the way Paul was great when communicating with other realtors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, etc. He is excellent at representing his clients. My boyfriend and I trusted the information and insight provided by Paul. There wasn't a time that we were worried about him handling the transaction.

Courtesy: Paul was extremely willing to help us walk through each step of the home purchasing process. Along the way, Paul answered all of our questions throughly and happily! Paul was very responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with!

Honesty: Furthermore, during the entire process Paul was honest and upfront. Purchasing a home for the first time, we weren't sure how much we could trust the information presented by a realtor. Paul will not try to put you into a house that is not within your budget. He also won't lie to you in order to make a sale. Paul is also a licensed contractor. He will be honest and tell you if there's something fishy about the construction of the home. His honest opinions and knowledge of home construction was extremely helpful as we searched for a home.

Going the extra mile: Lastly, Paul is very hardworking. If it weren't for his knowledge and hard work, I am confident that we wouldn't be residing in our current house. Paul is willing to make sure every single step is done correctly, accurately. As a result, this makes the entire transaction very smooth!

I'm going to sound bias but, I seriously am stating the truth. I am a HomeSmart agent but my critique is based on working at literally 5 other brokerages. HomeSmart goes out of their way to allow the agent to do the best job possible for their clients. How? By not draining an agent's compensation which then allows an agent to do more for their clients. Seriously look into this brokerage for your real estate needs. FYI, the broker is a legend in this business.
