Justine and her team have been phenomenal to work with!! I was moving out of state and wasn't sure what to do. I have heard horror stories about other property managers, so didn't think renting my condo was an option. A co-worked has known Justine for years and highly recommended her. From my very first meeting, I felt comfortable with Justine and trusted the very practical advise she gave me. So I decided to hire her team and rented out my place. In the two years since making that decision, I have never regretted it. Justine and her team take care of everything. The only thing I need to do is occasionally approve a work order, that's it. We had issues with my fist renter, Justine and her team handled all of that. I have since decided to sell my place for financial reasons and Justine stepped in to help with that. She was the go between with my realtor and the renter for showings, lease negotiations, etc. She is even going to notify the utility companies on my behalf so I don't have to worry about that. I can't say enough wonderful things about Justine and her team. They have made being a landlord as painless and easy as possible. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I was out of town trying to replace a tenant in Alaska, Justine was a life saver! I reached out to Diane and Justine several months back, to ask about tenant placement. I enjoyed their professionalism during the phone conversation. That is the reason I elected to go with their team for finding me a tenant for my rental.

Fast forward to the tenant placement process. Justine went through the house, which was more work than we both anticipated. No matter the work, Justine treated me respectfully and carried on the business just like we discussed. She got me a detail inspection of what my last tenants left my house like. She helped me get people to the house to fix all the issues and got the place listed, and filled within 1 day!

Had my tenants from the prior rental not ruined the house, I would have tenants within days of leaving. Justine is amazing and I will not be doing business with anyone else!!!!
