This is a company that has partnered with specific entities to their benefit and do not maintain properties prudently and cost effectively for the owners in my opinion. Owners beware, notice how service contracts are awarded to companies that Dimeo manages properties. Unclear accounting, internal billing codes used rather than clear expense descriptions. Impossible to reach when you have an emergency.
