When I reached out to the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center for help with my social media marketing, they paired me with Taylor Cacciola at Namra Consulting and I couldn't be more pleased. Taylor is so knowledgeable about how to harness social media's power to improve your business. He has been instrumental with his advice and direction in helping me achieve a better online presence and strategy. His recommendations for scheduling dedicated time each week to work on social media issues has taken the pressure off of me guessing the right balance.
