Jennifer was first class. We had some unique challenges with the sale of our home. Jennifer did everything imaginable to make sure things moved as efficiently and smoothly as possible. I always felt well informed and knew she was available for questions at a moment’s notice. Her suggestions were well thought out and added to the ease of the sale. If you are looking for a realtor, I’d highly recommend Jennifer Cosgrove, she’s been the best realtor I have worked with! We worked with her and used the legal services of Greenwich Bay Brokers to purchase a home fully remote, living out of state. She got us into showings for every single home we wanted to tour within a day and virtually walked us through each one while calling out issues she saw or things that were worth noting.
