I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tyler and the entire team at Cote Partners Realty. They were beside us every step of the way with our new home purchase, and every time an issue arose they were there with a timely solution to make things right. They gave us incredibly personal customer service, rapid replies to every text message or email we sent (and we sent alot!), and umatched experience and knowledge of the real estate market. You are crazy if you use anyone other than Cote Partners Realty. My only wish is that I could get them MORE than 5 stars in this review!

From the very first call to Cote Realty, our experience was beyond exceptional. We reached out late on a Friday evening as we were driving into town for an impromptu weekend visit, hoping to see some homes. Couldn't recommend Tyler and his team more! We moved to RI from out-of-state and Tyler went above and beyond to help us land our dream house in a competitive market, recommend topnotch lawyers/contractors/cleaners in the area, and even walked our dog for us at one point so we could attend an open house.
