Their realtors are NEVER available. Once they get the listing, they depend on other realtors to sell the house. Do yourself a favor, post your house on MLS and sit back for both customers and other realtors to contact you. Real estate realtors are a scam with these prima Dons / Donnas waiting for the pleasure of getting your money for doing absolutely nothing or close to nothing.

Ask yourself, the last time you sold your house, how often did you see the realtor? Once listing in pocket, listing agent does nothing and still gets half the commission. HELL ANYBODY CAN DO THAT.

Buyer Beware! Keith Medeiros cannot decide what he wants to be - a "police officer" or a "realtor." After returning unwanted, unsolicited marketing materials from him (left on his front steps after twice trying to return via mail), he hit me with a "no trespass order!" (He is also my neighbor.) Take note: This "realtor," who sells you a home today may cite you with a code violation tomorrow!

Do not rent an apartment listed through this agency. I viewed an apartment and was told by their agent prior to filling out the application that there would be a REFUNDABLE pet deposit for my animal , fine so I proceeded with the application for which they charge you a $250 administrative fee for if you decide to not rent the apartment. Upon being approved, I was told it was a NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit, so now I was forced with the decision to pay the $250 fee to them for not taking the apartment or paying the non refundable pet deposit. Towards the end of my lease I was contacted more than once by this agency asking me if I was moving out early, to help them with turnover. I moved out 6 days early and then was hit with several charges for ordinary wear and tear (cleaning, painting and walls with pin sized holes, etc.) I have received no response from this real estate agency or the landlord they clearly work with to squeeze their $250 real estate fee out of tenant’s deposits. They have not responded to any of my correspondences regarding these issues. So alarming and disgusting that an agency would act this way during a pandemic.

The agents of William Raveis Bristol RI, and their secretary are probably the least professional group of people I have had the displeasure of working with in my entire life. As a newly college senior, I rented through this office and it has been nothing but hassle after hassle in trying to move into my very first apartment. An event that should have been exciting and a new chapter in my life has been riddled with anxiety and MAJOR miscommunications. It took more than a month for them to process application paperwork, a process I was told would take at the maximum one week. Furthermore, once approved for the apartment it was like pulling teeth to get the keys to the apartment. Our lease started May 1st, we weren't able to get a hold of anyone from the office or receive our keys until May 5th. To this end, my roommate and I only received one set of keys even though we are both living there. Phone message after phone message has been left, all of which go unanswered leading me to believe they were simply deleted. I may still be in college, but I am an adult and I am being treated like a child. The most frustrating part of this ordeal has been when someone actually picks up the phone at the office with a, "hey are you there," instead of a professional, "William Raveis Bristol this is .... how may I assist you." I cannot stress the number of times I have called the office for vital information to be met with disdain for doing their job or simply no answer and no reply. I want an apology from the owner and I want him/her to know how dissatisfied I am with the people he/she has chosen to hire. This behavior is simply unacceptable for professional adults, and I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot for trying to understand the rental process for the first time.
