This is a highly unethical company that cannot be trusted. They play games, manipulate people and do not honor commitments. I definitely wouldn’t hire them and even though it’s a challenging market, I wouldn’t recommend submitting an offer on any home they are listing, especially if Tara is the agent.

If you want a real estate agent that provides value, talk to Alan and his team. He is always looking out for his clients best interest and is more concerned with the long term relationship than getting an easy layup sale, unlike other agents I have worked with in the past. Alan has advised me more than once against putting in an offer on property, believing the price would drop or the property had negative issues with it.
