For the last 10+ years, I've been incredibly happy with the property management services provided by Rani and her team at Divine Investments Property Management Company & Real Estate. They are always responsive to my questions and concerns, whether it's about maintenance issues or lease inquiries. I could not have had a better experience with this company. They have managed my property for over 10 years. They have been extremely responsive to my needs in obtaining and retaining renters over the years. When it was time to sell and I lived several states away, Rani helped me through the entire process. As a project manager and real estate agent, she supported me in getting bids to get the property ready for resale, oversaw the work and served as quality control. I trusted her through every interaction and knew that she was looking out for my best interest. She supported the sale process perfectly and her expertise was critical when challenges came up. We closed last week. Start to finish of property ownership, management and selling, there was no one better than Rani at Divine Investments .

I highly recommend Divine Investments for property management--they managed a property I owned in RI for nearly 15 years, and they did an incredible job, from finding great tenants, to resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Whenever they hired anyone to do work on the apartment, I felt like the work was done well, and affordably. They definitely made being a landlord much easier on me, and they were always helpful and kind to my tenants. They are pleasant to work with, and they have an expert knowledge of managing buildings and budgets...I always felt like I was getting good advice from them regarding my property. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. They are very professional and reliable, and will exceed your expectations.

Rani was in charge of our Rental management in
Providence for several years and I always found her to be professional, courteous and an excellent communicator. She also helped us renovate and sell our condo at a reasonable price. As owners living out of state she negotiated with local contractors/painters etc and made the process almost painless...Highly recommend!

They have been nothing short of fantastic. I moved into a spot about a year ago managed by them. Every concern or issue we had was swiftly dealt with. We had an issue with our washers and they had sent a repairman out the next day. Any form of communication was responded to the day of, if outside of business hours, the next day. All notices of unit showings or maintenance were sent days in advance. I wish other property management companies were like them.

Divine Investments managed the property I owned and lived in for the 13 years that I owned the condo. Rani did a great job creating budgets, organizing association meetings and hiring sub-contractors when needed. She is accessible when you have concerns and questions and is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of property management. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been working with Divine Investments for 9 years now. I couldn't be happier with the job they have done managing my condo rental while I live out of state as well as the job they did managing the whole association. Issues with the property were handled promptly and effectively. It helps that they know the community so well, because experience is everything when it comes to "putting out fires".
