Truly, very truly unimpressed with this particular company. If I could give 0 stars, I so would… In. A. Heartbeat. In the 37 years I’ve been alive on this planet, never have I ever had the displeasure of dealing with such stress and an indescribable amount of inconvenience. I’ve been working with this with company/residing in my current residence for 4 years now, and I cannot stress enough just how terrible the maintenance staff is, as well as, the staff in their office. Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I needed some work done out in our sunroom, and the maintenance worker that was called out, by the name of Manny, was sent out to remediate the issues… ONLY to have caused MORE issues in my sunroom, by literally breaking the sunroom door that goes to the backyard…. This was over two years ago and STILL to this day, my sunroom door sits broken. Not only this, but I now see in these google reviews that numerous other tenants here have also experienced these maintenance workers entering or showing up to their residence UNANNOUNCED, without any notice! Seems to me that this has been going on for a long time!!Where’s the 24-48 hour notice, prior to arriving to a residence? I’m beginning to think that this company does NOT follow the Rhode Island Landlord/Tenant Guidelines. So far this year, alone, maintenance workers have already showed up twice, unannounced. Thank God I was home both times. Regardless, this will be my last year at this current residence, and I will absolutely spread the word to family/friends/acquaintances to never ever use this company.. to NEVER rent through this company. I will be opening up a case with the Better Business Bureau to investigate this company and their ignorant and negligent staff. The way they treat their tenants (especially after RAISING their rent over $300 a month) is insanely UNACCEPTABLE. Please, please… to anyone reading these reviews, I implore you: save yourself the stress, headache and trouble, and look elsewhere. So many NEGATIVE reviews.. it’s all here! Management always courteous, professional,understanding, respectful, and quickly addresses most concerns and issues. Together with Maintenance, they have excellent communication, and repair requests are fulfilled almost immediately especially when safety is a priority.

0 stars / 5. this company has been nothing but a headache to deal with. i am a current tenant here. the maintenance servicing takes days on days for them to even acknowledge. they are often asking if someone can come into my apartment, always during the day when i am not home. at first i dealt with problems which i thought were just because the house was old, but it’s actually because the property management company does not care enough to renovate or at least make things nice. all of the electrical outlets and heating furnaces are connected very oddly, connecting to other units breakers or thermostats. i go down and reset the breaker 5x before i figure out which one belongs to mine. and sometimes it still doesn’t fix the power. the furnaces don’t seem to be turned on in the winter even when its 35° at night. god forbid i plug anything in because the breaker will blow. its ridiculous. every part of living here is ridiculous. when i call the office, all of the ladies are very rude and always talk over you. the lack of care, attentiveness, and overall attitude from the company is off putting to say the least. i will be glad when my lease is over and i don’t have to do business with them ever again. 10/10 do NOT recommend to a friend or family member.

I was looking for Rental agency for my son's house and when I first called Real property management, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a real human voice on the other end. She connected me to The Owner,Mark who too sounded wonderful. Shortly after the call , I made an appointment to meet him. When he texted that morning to confirm the appoint ment, I was even more surprised that sincerity still prevail . I met him in person and everything went smoothly from then on. He is experienced friendly , genuine and prompt. Always answered my texts timely. In a nutshell, RPM is really REAL and great people to work with . highly recommend to anyone looking to manage your property. I happily give them 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .. vasantha Reddy

Current tenet here, I could not in good faith ever recommend renting from this group. In the view months I have lived here I have had water turned off several times without a warning or adequate response time. Currently dealing with leaking water from my ceiling that they have not been responding to maintenance requests for over 2 months now. Extremely disappointing to see this kind of behavior from a company

I was a tenant with Real Property Management for last 4 years. Super professional all throughout the years. When I let them know I wanted to move, they didn't force me to sign a new lease or rush me out of my apartment. They were understanding, patient and caring with me. They even showed me a few apartments they had so I could stay with them but unfortunately those just didn't match what I was looking for. When it came time for me to get my security deposit, I did have charges deducted but they were very fair and detailed with the explanation of those deductions so there was no confusion. I'd highly recommend RPM to anyone and would consider renting with them again in the future, should I ever find myself in the market again.

They won’t even answer my texts, I asked 2 ppl (Tina and Ron) beforehand about my credit with no answer desperate for an apartment I applied. They told me they would let me know if I needed a co-signer and denied me without telling me I needed a co-signer. I received an email that said all I needed was to make the three xs the rent income and that I could bring 500$ the reserve the apartment with no mention about credit or background. I sent all of my income before applying they called my landlord and verified. I even called to ask the credit question and the lady on the phone said she could not answer that. Definitely a waste of time and money. I told the lady that she didn’t tell me I needed a co-signer and I was denied before being able to add one and no response I passed everything except the credit which I asked and made them aware. Paid 50$ and gave lots of personal info for nothing AGAIN these places are taking advantage and it is truly sad!
