I would like to thank Dave Binns for the outstanding job he did in selling our property in Kingston. His effort was the reason we could complete the deal. He was honest, straightforward, and a tireless advocate for us. We spend many months out of state and he performed numerous tasks one would not expect out of a realtor. Thank you, Dave. It would not have been done without you.

I had the pleasure of working with Stacey Lashua with selling my first home. She made the experience exciting, streamlined and stress free. She is very professional with her clients best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife Carole & I had the most wonderful experience in buying a home that each of us has ever had with Bruce Cutting. He is a consummate professional and outstanding human being! He worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home in Newport...a magical experience!!!

Bonnie-Anne Begos is a horrible human being and should NEVER be trusted with your money. If I had the choice of working with her again or getting hit by a bus, I would hang out at Jefferson Plaza. It's a miracle that Re/max ever employed her not a good look for your company.

***What ever you do stay far away from 83 Pulaski Street West Warwick, RI it is a total train wreck of a project, in a super low income area and you can see a full homeless city from your front window.*****

Worst experience ever with Jennifer Zagroski. Unprofessional and unethical are the two words to describe her. She mislead us on the repair addendum so we backed because we thought he was not going to fix the things we wanted. The seller reached out to us as to why we backed out because he was going to fix everything so he didn't understand why I told him that is not what we were told. So we went back into contract. She also continued to say things about her personal life which was very unprofessional. She even went as far as calling the inspector and his daughter (who was not there) a nerd. I was mortified as the inspector was the nicest man. She never took the house off the market when she was supposed to and refused to let the seller sign the P&S because she said he did not want to sign it as he was getting fed up with us(that is what she said at least). However, that was false because we were in contact with the seller. She then continued to try and sell the house multiple times while under contract and tried everything to not let us get the house. She even wanted to have an open house while under contract. This went on from August to December. She also did not show up for the appraisal which was another $100 because of her ignorance. They texted, called and emailed her multiple times to see where she was and to no surprise she didn't respond. We had to back out once from the house and it was a struggle to get the $1000 back i had to drive to Narragansett to get it because she was taking so long to send it out, because she doesn't care. She is unethical and unprofessional and I do not recommend her to anyone. She made this experience a nightmare and needless to say we did not get the house due to other circumstances. She just made it that much easier to not get the house we would have been in the house along time ago if she didn't get in the way. Any sellers or buyers please beware as I would not want to see this happen to you!!!!! This was a nightmare from the beginning thanks to Jennifer. I emailed her explaining everything and what she did to me and she did not even care enough to respond back or even apologize. I cannot speak for any other realtors in the office as I have not dealt or spoken to any. This only has to do with Jennifer Zagroski.

I love these people! Lorrie, the receptionist, makes you feel like you are an honored guest. There are 3 dozen independent highly educated Realtors and an Appraisal company under one roof and an attorney , Daniel Baruti, in the adjoining office. All in all, you feel welcome, well cared for and valued when you walk through the door.

I just recently purchased my home in Narragansett and couldn't be happier! Chris Tanner was very dedicated with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend working with the staff at Re/Max in Narragansett to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardworking individuals who care about finding you a house that you can make your home.

I am an investor who has twice presented offers on behalf of Orion LLC for REO's listed through ReMax Flagship; both were full price, cash... The offers were presented by my Broker at Lila Delman R.E. In the first instance, last December, our offer was accepted, then mysteriously rejected. It is unclear whether the listing was withdrawn, or whether ReMax was no longer contractually in a position to represent the lender/owner. In the most recent instance, our offer was presented yesterday; our understanding from the listing broker was that the property was clearly available; again, it was full price, cash. Today we were told there was another offer accepted, and no other offers could be entertained. This strikes me as more than strange. Perhaps you've heard the phrase: "I can't prove it but I believe it's true..." It would not surprise me if our offer was used as leverage by this office for them to sway one of their own buyers... It is hard not to question whether professional ethics are part of this office's game plan.
