Greg Broadbent was there for us when we most needed it. He gave us good advice about preparing for a major downsizing and didn't rush us into the decision and to listing the house but checked in regularly on our progress. Once we felt ready he acted quickly to get the amazing photographs taken, the house listed and an open house arranged. Unfortunately, our initial offer fell through and we spent several months making some repairs to get it listed again. He continued to keep tabs on the progress and when ready listed it again and held a couple more open houses before the right family came along. Things got a bit tricky for closing but he went to bat for us to be sure we were able to close in the time frame we needed. Greg was very professional and had a great deal of patience with me, especially at times that my patience was very limited. I appreciate all he did to help us sell our house.

Greg made an emotionally difficult process logistically easy. He was transparent, extremely available, and no question was too small. He took his time explaining how things worked. He was frank about what we needed to do to get the house ready and patient when we needed more time. Upfront, he set expectations with us on how he worked so I knew exactly how he would be. He represented the sellers of my current home when I finished the sale of the house he left the keys for the house on a literal live snake.
He also did a horrible job marketing the property especially with pictures I got the place for I purchased under 75k then original asking price in 2023 when the market was completely crazy.
I have attached A picture of the amazingly gorgeous doors in my house that he didn't include in any of his pictures.
