Nexus property maintenance team please if your guys want a good review then stop doing them dirty jobs and leaving them halfway done. I am Sofia a caretaker and one of my client's lives in one of your apartments and they sent a tech named PEDRO to fix a heat situation and the guy didn’t know nothing about heating he looked confuse to the point that I can here him making a call to somebody asking for help I seen techs in the past and never like this the guy barely even speak English he can’t even communicate right so we told him to leave my client didn’t want him there and ask him to leave nicely that she will find somebody else more expert to fix it. So nexus maintenance if you guys want a good review then please do your job like you supposed to and earn your reviews by doing your jobs the way you’d should not a dirty job half way job, and please nexus management emergency’s like this are more for people with more knowledge of what they doing and solve the problem quick not one that going to just make it worst 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 NO GOOD

Today 3/8/25 a new stove and new kitchen faucet set was installed by Pedro who did a wonderful job , in a very short amount of time!! Pedro was professional and polite!!He responded to my work order requests quickly and got the job done without hassle or delay!! I was a prospect landlord looking for Nexus to manage my two properties. In my correspondence with him via email he signed his email with " 🇺🇸 LAND THAT I LOVE." As a prior service member and LGBTQ community member this is concerning as rights of people are being taken away with this second term of Trump administration.

My email response below following the email to set up an appointment with this signed at end " 🇺🇸 LAND THAT I LOVE."

The property management information was looking good on the website, but your email correspondence with a ending of an " 🇺🇸 LAND THAT I LOVE" is making me think this may not be a good fit. As a prior service member and part of
the LGBTQ Community it is slightly hard to love this country as myself and family is being targeted. That closing line
makes me believe you possibly support those changes happening in America. People who are being targeted are

Anibal helped fix my toilet on Abbott Run Valley Road and he was such a great help. He was super efficient and very nice to our family. We appreciate the work he did for us.

Very quick response from maintenance on a weekend. I submitted a work order for our garbage disposal, which was not working and causing our sink to back up. As a medium priority work order, I figured that someone would address the issue within a week. To my surprise, I received a call within a few minutes of submitting my workorder from Anibal S., who was at my house just a few hours later to fix the issue. Great response time, very professional and friendly technician, the issue is completely resolved.

Called on Monday evening on the emergency line to leave a message regarding no heat in our unit. Here it is Thursday and still have not even received a courtesy call back. Luckily our landlord is understanding after we went directly to her. WITHOUT the help of Nexus we are getting issue resolved today. Recommended yo our landlord to get rid of Nexus.
